With over 50 years of experience in the insurance industry he has accumulated a wealth of knowledge about various insurance products, risk assessment, and market trends. He has established strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry partners over many years. His expertise continues to be the guiding principal behind our organization.
Rae Retek – CEO EXT 211
Rae started her professional career in the real estate field before joining forces with her husband at Retek Benefits Solutions. She is the driving force behind our organization. As a proven leader in the insurance field for 30+ years, Rae has seen significant changes in the insurance industry, including new products, regulations, and technological advancements. Over time, she has built a large and loyal network of clients, including individual customers, businesses, as well as other insurance professionals.
Rachel Friedman MS Ed. – Director of Operations EXT 222
Rachel has brought 20 years of experience in the education field to our company. She is using her experience in running an educational organization for our employee benefits department. Rachel is passionate about using the resources available in a company to make employees feel appreciated while keeping an eye out for the bottom line.
Yaakov Retek – Account Coordinator & Producer EXT 214
Yaakov leads client acquisition and relationship management for life and health insurance plan solutions. He is focused on understanding client needs, delivering tailored benefit strategies, and ensuring high service standards. He oversees client servicing teams, drives retention and satisfaction, and supports long-term account growth through strategic, client-centered engagement.
Molly Weber – Small Group Renewal Specialist EXT 215
Molly has been with Retek Benefits Solutions for over 26 years. She is an expert at coordinating the renewal process for small group health insurance policies, ensuring accurate paperwork, timely renewals, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and insurance carriers. Molly is a master at guiding clients regarding coverage, pricing, and inquiries concerning their plan options.
Shany Moses – Risk Management Assessment EXT 216
Shany joined Retek Benefits Solutions in 2013. She is focused on proactively identifying assessing, and mitigating risks related to groups covered by the insurance. Her expertise involves coordinating risk assessments, analyzing data, communicating findings, and implementing corrective actions. Her efficiency at identifying and assessing compliance risks, developing mitigation strategies, and implementing risk management plans led to better recertification results for many clients.
Brany Sofer – Diversified Product and Ancillary Specialist EXT 220
Brany has been a dedicated member of Retek Benefits Solutions since 2016. With years of experience in the benefits industry, she excels at clearly communicating information to employees and clients about a wide range of benefits options and plan designs. Her expertise extends to assisting organizations in developing and implementing strategies that strengthen benefits programs and enhance overall employee satisfaction. A particularly valuable area of Brany's knowledge is Medicare.
